With vast experience as a consultant to entrepreneurs, Tsvika has spent the last several years counseling and escorting entrepreneurs, start-ups and organizations through different stages of their life cycle. Some of his services and skills include creating business & marketing plans, strategizing, managing cash flow and advising on costing.
Tsvika has a passion for innovation and enjoys hearing about new idea, especially those that make life easier, and better still if they are web based. Yet he remains completely impartial while examining ideas in a professional capacity from the perspective of the targeted market and translates it into the bottom line – has it got business potential?
At Sergata, Tsvika works on two fronts; assisting the CEO with the company's business development & positioning, creating Sergata as a leader in the software and Internet industries; and examining and promoting Internet and Software initiatives, both ones by Sergata employees and entrepreneurs proposing varied co-operations.
