Software Development

Software development is the core of Sergata's operation.
Development is conducted by ten qualified software programmers, who work on the customers' projects in small teams and who are backed by a team of inspectors.
 
The development process is divided into milestones, which are realized according to Sergata's development procedural schemas, which are available on the page entitled "Software Development". Development is managed using one of our project management methods, which are adapted personally to the project's requirements according to the scope of its initial definition.
 
During the generic software process, the focus is on two important emphases, in order to enable frequent changes to the system pursuant to Internet trends and the system's stability under a large number of users.
 
On completing the development, we conduct a pedantic inspection procedure and an "inspection receipt" stage is conducted by the customer. Sergata offers an unlimited time guarantee on the software code that it has written and is committed to repairing any bugs found during use as long as the code has not been changed by any entity outside of Sergata.
