The designing that Sergata offers includes graphic design for systems and Internet tools, usability consultations, formulating logos and designing Flash and animated film-strips.
 
The work procedure in each of the services commences with a review of the large number of existing designs for the purpose of consolidating major characteristics in the design style. The goal – Consolidating a winning design concept, free of cumbersomeness that delivers a sharp, clear and meaningful message to the user in each stage/screen that he visits. The correct system will envelop the user with simplicity, but with a series of hints that will induce him to execute the actions that serve the primary purposes of the developed system.
 
This procedure requires full marketing comprehension of the target community and its traits and does not end after being uploaded, as many improvements could be made following a real trial period for effective A/B testing.
